AIMS, OBJECTIVES, POLICIES & PROGRAMMES

1. The aim of The Party shall be to make all round development of India in the political, economic, industrial, social, cultural, agricultural sectors and to establish India as global power keeping in view the multilingual, multifaceted, multiethnic, rich culture and heritage of India.
2. The Party shall have following objectives:
   • The objective of The Party is the well-being and advancement of the people of India. 
   • The Objective of the Party is the empowerment of the weaker sections such as other backward classes, women, the scheduled castes, the scheduled tribes and the disabled, through affirmative actions in favor of them. For this The Party shall regard its ideology as a movement for ending exploitation of the weaker sections and suppression of the deprived through social and economic change and its political activity and participation in governance as an instrument of furthering such a movement and bringing in such a change.
   • The Objective of The Party is to establish a democratic state where there is guarantee to secure to all its citizens Justice, social, economic & political; Liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; Equality of opportunity and status;
   • The Objective of The Party is to work as a revolutionary social and economic movement of change with a view to realize in practical terms.
   • The Policies of the Party are to uphold and work for the furtherance of the principles of Nationalism, Socialism, Secularism and Democracy as its basic tenets.
   • The Policies of the Party are to eradicate illiteracy, poverty and injustice and cause upliftment of the downtrodden by ensuring social equality, awakening of the masses by peaceful means, movement and participation in the lawful electoral process.
   • The Policies of the Party are to ensure institutionalized and democratic functioning of the Party at all levels by encouraging free exchange of views and permitting the members of the Party to make their best contribution to enrich the lives of the people in all spheres.
3. Following are the General Principles, which will be governed by the Party as a strategy of the Party in public affairs.
   • That where equality does not exist it has to be fostered and where equality is denied it has to be uphold and fought for as all citizens of India being equal before law are entitled to be treated as equal in true sense and in all matters and all walks of life.
   • That the state is an Instrument for promoting and realizing the full, free, Uninhibited and Unimpeded development of each individual because it is a basic human right of every human being.
   • That the rights of all citizens of India have to be upheld at all costs and under all circumstances, as enshrined in the Constitution of India and subject to such restrictions as are set out in the constitution.
   • That the political principle of One man= one vote, one vote = one value Adopted by our republic must be followed in practical terms inspite of the economic disparities and the wide gaps between the unbalanced communities.
4. Keeping in view of the above stated aims and objectives of the Party, the Party units as designated in this Constitution, shall be empowered to-
   • Purchase takes on lease or otherwise acquires and maintains moveable or immovable property for the Party and invests and deal with monies of the Party in such a manner as may from time to time determined.
   • Raise money with or without security for carrying out any of the Aims and Objectives of the Party.
   • To do all other lawful things and acts as incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the aforesaid aims and objectives provided that none of these activities will be undertaken without the express approval of the National President.
5. In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the Aim declared above the Party will work specially towards the following objectives as the Programme of the Party;
   • The Party and all those who join the Party shall work with commitment to co-operate in the movement of social change as a programme of the Party to rebuild social system on the basis of equality and human values as the Social structure of our country is mostly based on inequalities created by caste system and the Party is determined to struggle for eliminating that.
   • The Other Backward castes, The Scheduled castes, the scheduled tribes, And the minorities are the most oppressed and exploited people in India. The Party shall organize these people and work for them to convert them from most Backward Samaj to most Pragatisheel Samaj.
   • The Party shall struggle to remove their backwardness, to improve their status in society and public life, to fight against their oppression and exploitation.
